Day 19 – Family

By N

Day 19 – 11:45 p.m. – Not so bad tonight with the time and all.  Becky’s family is in town for Andy’s graduation from UVU.  It’s been fun to be all together and enjoy one another’s company.

One thing I do need to be careful of is always being on the computer.  This, in and of itself, can be an addiction.

I love my family.  Becky is amazing: she is so good with our children and takes such great care of me; Caleb is Mr. Animal Man – he has been carrying around a huge book lately all about animals that Grandma and Grandpa Schmidt gave him.  He knows more than any of us about animals and what they do, what they’re called, etc.  Today I was talking to him on the phone on my way home from work and he said these were the things he liked to do most with me: play soccer, chase, get tickled, read stories, and go to Zoos and places with Mom, Madi and me.

Madi is growing up so much too.  Today Auntie Mandy painted Madi’s fingernails – it may be a great start to getting Madi to quit sucking her thumb 🙂  She loved the paint on her nails – definitely a girl!

Well, this is it for tonight!
