I’m feeling a bit frustrated right now: I just got off a call with a client for HS who apparently thought we were with another company and she has double booked us for Monday. She’d given us a downpayment on Wednesday too and now is hoping to cancel.
I know the right thing to do is to just cancel and move on, but part of me wants to charge a re-stocking fee or something since our team is scheduled and we’re ready to go.
Anyway, trying to let this one go the best I can.
Now I’m going to work more on my Step 1/Full Disclosure for about 20 minutes…
Worked on it for quite a bit longer.
I feel good about what I’m writing out and look forward to going over it with Adam. I’m grateful to have him be able to guide me through things.
