Day 21 – New Week

By N

Day 21 – 11:48 p.m. – Well, it’s been a great weekend with the Schmidt family.  My posts haven’t been as detailed as I’d like but at least I’m keeping up with the challenge and hope it’s becoming a habit.

We had a great time with the family: Andy blessed Raegan today, we had a lunch at the clubhouse, and now they’re all headed to Rexburg to see Josh’s domain.

Caleb and Madi have been testing my patience quite a bit lately, especially Caleb.  I really need to be more patient with him.  We are such buddies but when he does things like pee his pants, wine, etc., at times it just gets under my skin.  I have to keep remembering that he’s only 4 and I was probably a lot worse 🙂  I do love him so much – I pray for more patience and "love him" in to doing what’s right instead of mad, mad, mad all the time.

This week will be another interesting one at work.  I may end up having to let go of at least one more coach, maybe two.  Not fun at all but the numbers don’t seem to be getting any better right now, especially with the bosses wanting me to add 30 students to my plate as well.  Wow!

Well, I committ to making this week better for spiritual nutrition too.  I love my family and am so blessed to have married in to such a wonderful family.

Until tomorrow!

Nate
