Day 28 – Persistence = Success

By N

5.11.09 – Day 28  – 11:58 p.m. – Becky and I just finished watching Rudy on TV after a great night.  We had the Brienholts and Folkmans over for family night and a barbeque.  It was really fun to chat, watch the kids play, and just relax.  We cooked hamburgers, hot dogs, and my first Bratts.

We talked to Dad Moller on the phone too – they are planning on coming to visit this Sunday for a few days.  It will be nice to see them.

One of the best things I get from the movie “Rudy” is that you can do anything you want to do is you are persistent, patient, and never give up.  Things seem to always work out for the best.  If you set goals are really ready to put in the effort to achieve them, Heavenly Father is there to bless.

I’m grateful for my family.  It was fun to have an activity like that tonight.

Talk tomorrow!

Nate
