Here’s the list I’d been working on the other day. I plan to get Becky a bottle of "Heinz 57" and then maybe do a scavenger hunt or something. I need to add a few things to the list:
- Rinse the dishes & Load the diswasher
- Unload the dishwasher
- Windex the mirrors and glass on the entertainment center
- Vacuum the entire house
- Empty all the garbages
- Wet swiffer the entire tile in the Dining Room, Bathroom, and Entry
- Wet swiffer the kitchen
- *One Wet Swiffer of your choice
- Dust the living room furniture
- "Deep clean" the refrigerator
- Do the colored laundry
- Do the white laundry
- Wash the sheets
- Clean the garage
- Plant the garden
- Install the lights above the oven
- Set up the new printer somewhere (have Brett or Adam help with a network connection)
- Take the kids for an activity so Becky can rest/relax
- *Dinner date at the Melting Pot in SLC
- Deep clean the main bathroom
- Deep clean the guest bathroom
- Go through all my clothes and eliminate some
- *Assist in purchasing a new treadmill
- *Assist in purchasing a new van for the family
- Change light bulbs in the house
- Give a high-quality back rub (oils and all)
- Give a full-body massage with no reciprocation
- One Fantastic Foot massage
- A Healthy Head massage
- *Gift certificate to Main Spring Day Spa (or Spa of choice) for professional massage
- Wash the car
- Vacuum out the car
- Spray for spiders
- Hang the curtain in the guest room
- 12 + Temple trips together in 2009
- Get up to take care of the kids when they’re crying
- Breakfast in bed
- Come to bed with Becky every night
- No Computer Work Tonight!
- No TV Tonight
- Family Council 45 times in 2009
- Setting goals as a couple for 2009
- Taking the kids to a Daddy/Daughter – Daddy/Son Dinner
- Taking down the Christmas Tree and decorations
- *One Book Purchase of Becky’s choice
- Read 4 books together in 2009
- Nate Cooks 24 Dinners in 2009
- Nate Cooks 12 Breakfasts in 2009
- Nate Cooks 12 Lunches in 2009
- 24 Special Dates in 2009
- Review our budget together every quarter in 2009
- 12 "Secrets" during the year
- Take Becky to Maverick Ice Cream 6 times in 2009
- Clean out the filter in the furnace room
- Re-stock the Soft Water
- Clean out the Freezer
