I had a good meeting with Jason today. We talked about Step 8 and about conference a bit.

I’m realizing more and more all the time that goals are an important part of my recovery. As I set goals I feel I’m submitting my will to God by saying, “Heavenly Father, here’s what I’m willing to do – is there anything I need to add, take away, etc.?”

I’m grateful for conference and the talks I was able to listen to. I’m excited to read the talks, study them out and really ponder how they can be applied to my life and the life of my family.

October 2010 Goals

Spiritual Goals

• Attend the temple 2 times in October (once in the morning before work)
• Finish Step 8 of the Program
• CONSISTENCY in studying and pondering the scriptures and program and emailing Jason
