My Gratitude Journal

By N Leave a Comment

Things are going well here. I’m just anxious to go over the getting started section and move on to the next step.

Today was a good day. I played basketball in the morning and then took time to study and write. Humility is a grate topic to study, especially in relation to recovery, gratitude and the Atonement.

I’m grateful that we made it safe to Idaho. I’m grateful that my parents are healthy. I’m grateful to have found out they were set apart as temple workers again in Twin Falls. I’m grateful that they are being great examples to our kids of serving in the temple. I’m grateful our kids, especially Jayden, love the temple.

I’m grateful Beck and I had a good talk tonight about our recovery, the last and today.

I’m grateful I was able to get paid on a few projects today.

I’m grateful that I was aware of my surroundings this morning at my meeting with a client.

I’m grateful that I was able to get in touch with Brandon via text and hope to be able to review the getting started section soon.

I’m grateful for this time of year to see family and enjoy the season.

I’m grateful for our traditions at Thanksgiving:
– turkey
– noodles with bread crumbs
– potatoes and gravy
– bowling
– lights at the square
– Christmas tree festival
– games
– left overs
– football

I’m grateful that I’m committed to recovery today.

I’m grateful that we are doing the turkey trot tomorrow as a family.

I’m grateful to have finished today with AEIOUYs.

Hasta manana,

Nate
