My Gratitude Journal – Day 23

By N Leave a Comment

This journal entry will be short because it’s late. But I had a great talk tonight with Becky about how things are going, about submitting ones will to God, and about how my meeting with Gordan went today.

First, my meeting with Gordan went fine. We talked about my recovery and a lot about my parents and being the only child. We talked about some of my questions about what submitting means and how to submit the “right” way. I’m grateful for his counseling and plan to meet with him next in about 2 months.

I am grateful Becky and I had a talk. I’m grateful we worked on Christmas cards and got most of them done. I’m grateful today was a good day in recovery. I’m grateful I got to take a nap today. I’m grateful to have had the chance to help Brett with his dry wall this morning. I’m grateful that we were all safe on the hay ride tonight for YM/YW.

I look forward to a new day tomorrow where I can submit my will to Him.

Hasta mañana!

Nate
